WookieBooks is proud to announce Frisky Paws Rescue as our new charity partner!!!This partnership will help raise funds for Frisky Paws to continue rescuing and fostering animals in need.
Frisky Paws tries to make a difference by raising money to help defray the costs of fostering (food, medicines, surgeries, grooming, etc.) some of these great pets until they find a new home. Frisky Paws also hopes to help identify and work to resolve some of the root causes for the high number of homeless pets in Houston.
They work very hard to find good homes for all of the cats and dogs that they rescue from BARC (City of Houston Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care) a HIGH-KILL facility, that the large majority of these sweet pets will be not get out alive.
